Itamar's work represents his relationship with his family: a precious treasure that needs to be preserved. Itamar placed a dragon on top of the box to guard and represent it. Itamar is interested in fantasy literature and Dungeons and Dragons. The treasure chest is full of coins with portraits of six generations of family members on both his mother's and father's side, whose roots lie in Jewish communities in the East and West. The prominent figures are:
Moshik Landau - a cantor from Amsterdam who was murdered with his family in Auschwitz; Daniel Gul - head of the Afghan community who walked from the city of Herat to Jerusalem; Ella Shichman - a native of Chernivtsi, who survived the Holocaust and helped birth eleven babies on the illegal immigrant ship "Knesset Israel"; Yishayahu Klinov - a Zionist journalist from Berlin; Shlomo Shichman
- a Red Army veteran; Moshe Blum, Rene Klinov, and Harry Brock - pioneers who immigrated from Europe and established kibbutzim in Israel. The others are beloved relatives born in Israel, including editors, librarians, farmers, and scientists who are Itamar's inspiration.
