My name is Gozian Mustafa, I am 14 years old, and I study in the eighth grade at ORT Sajur School. I have had a vision problem since birth (blindness, color blindness, and nystagmus). But despite this, I fought my issues and fulfilled my dream of learning to draw, especially with colors, and painting is my hobby.
As is well known, we Druze believe in reincarnation. We believe that after a person dies, their soul passes into another body, and I am one of those people.
I remember my previous life. In 2006, during the war with Lebanon, a missile hit my house in the village of Maghar, and I died. Then, my soul passed into another body, which is me, and now I live with my parents in the village of Sajur.
The injury was to my face, which led to my being born and living with this problem. My parents and I are committed to dealing with the issue because I believe I am a person with a challenge, not a person with a disability.
