Ever since I was little, my grandmother, Victoria Levy, has been telling us about her memories of my grandfather's house, Yaakov Moshe Tolidano, who was the minister of religion and the Sephardic Rabbi of Tel Aviv.
Mostly she tells us about her memories of Shabbats and holidays they spent with him as children. One of my favorite stories is the story about the "Perfume Tower". With the help of the "Perfume Tower" Jacob Moshe Tolidano made the difference between the Sabbath and the weekday. He used to greet each grandchild with a special blessing for the new week. In the work center I set up a model of the "perfume tower" which I created from material according to the original tower. All around I have included details about Rabbi Tolidano's biography and the books he wrote.
