Both sides of my family were once connected by a common mission to fight for the rights of Sephardic Jewry in Israel known as Mizrachi Jews. However, their approach was quite different- one through diplomatic relations shown in my project as a scene in the Knesset and with PM Golda Meir. The other side of justice seeking is through rebellious acts. Shown in my project as a meeting of the Israeli Black Panthers and as the “Night of the Panthers”
