Hello. My name is Anna-Lucia Grualand and today I’m going to present to you my project: The Tree of the Life! Let’s begin, quickly, with the main object: the tree. Under this tree is a Torah, where light is coming out. This symbolizes that the Torah is light and it also symbolizes that it’s really important to show that you are Jewish, that the Torah keeps us all together and even if someone tried to get us in trouble, they didn’t! Let’s move on to the second object, which is small but has a really important meaning. That’s a little barbed wire, which symbolizes the history from the Shoa (holocaust). This represents my family members and also all who died during this tragic time. For me its also really important that we pass on these stories so that we don’t forget them. And that’s all.
